Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Quup Studio ("we", "us") for the game NexRival, its online features and the website quup.app (together, "the Service"). By installing or playing NexRival you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority or of digital consent in your country, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms for you.

2. Your game account

• The game creates an account for you automatically, linked to a random ID on your device. Later versions may let you link an e-mail, Google or Apple sign-in.
• If you uninstall the game or change devices before linking a sign-in method, you may lose access to your account. Keep your player ID; we can only help if we can confirm the account is yours.
• Your account is personal. Do not sell, trade, share or transfer it, and do not use another player's account.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account.

3. Licence to use the game

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights in the game, its art, characters, music, code and the Quup and NexRival names belong to Quup Studio or its licensors.

You must not: copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the game (except where the law allows it); use cheats, bots, modified clients, exploits or automation; interfere with our servers or other players' connections; or use the Service to break the law.

4. Virtual items and currency

• Coins, gems, trophies, XP, ranks and other in-game items ("virtual items") have no real-money value. You cannot exchange them for money or sell or transfer them outside the game.
• You receive a licence to use virtual items in the game; you do not own them. We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items and game rules, for example to keep the game fair.
• If in-app purchases are added, payment is handled by Google Play or the App Store under their terms, including refunds. Purchases are final except where the store's policy or the law gives you a right to a refund.

5. Fair play and conduct

Play fairly and treat other players with respect. You must not:

• cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or manipulate matches, rankings or rewards (including deliberately losing or "win trading");
• harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone;
• post hate speech, sexual content, violence, illegal content, spam or advertising;
• share personal information about yourself or others (address, phone number, private photos);
• choose a username, group name or other text that is offensive or misleading.

6. Chat, usernames and other content

When chat, groups, profiles or similar features are available, you are responsible for the content you create ("your content"). You keep your rights in it, but you give us a worldwide, free licence to host, store, display and transmit it as needed to run the Service.

We do not review all content before it appears, but we may remove content and take action under Section 7. You can report a player or message in the game or by e-mail to support@quup.app, and you can block players so that they cannot contact you. We review reports and act on them as quickly as we reasonably can.

7. What we can do if the rules are broken

If you break these Terms or put other players or the Service at risk, we may, depending on how serious it is: warn you; remove content; mute you in chat; reset rankings, rewards or progress gained unfairly; suspend your account; or permanently ban it. Where the law allows, we may do this without notice. If you think we made a mistake, write to support@quup.app.

8. Deleting your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time, as described at quup.app/delete-account. After deletion your account and progress cannot be restored.

Match records: a match also belongs to the other player's history. Records of matches you played may therefore remain in other players' match histories and in our fair-play records after your account is deleted. In these records your name is replaced with "Deleted player" and they no longer identify you. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and availability

The game is a live online service. We may update, change, pause or end the game or any feature, including online matches, at any time, for example for maintenance, security or legal reasons. We will try to give reasonable notice of important changes. Online features need an internet connection and may not always be available.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of virtual items. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end these Terms or your access as described in Section 7, or if we discontinue the game.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the game or on this website. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.

13. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts or consumer bodies available to you there.
