Gizlilik Politikası
Kısaca: hesap açmanız istenmez, kişisel bilgileriniz toplanmaz, reklam gösterilmez ve oyun ilerlemeniz cihazınızdan çıkmaz. Sunucularımıza ulaşan tek şey, uygulama çöktüğünde oluşan teknik hata raporlarıdır — kim olduğunuzu göstermez.
1. Veri sorumlusu
NEX//RIVAL ("uygulama"), Quup Studio ("biz") tarafından geliştirilir ve yayımlanır. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) anlamında veri sorumlusu, Avrupa Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) anlamında ise veri denetleyicisi Quup Studio'dur.

Bu politika yalnızca NEX//RIVAL uygulaması ve quup.app sitesi için geçerlidir ve uygulamanın yayındaki mevcut sürümünü anlatır. İleride reklam, uygulama içi satın alma, hesap sistemi veya oyuncular arası çevrimiçi özellikler eklersek, bu politikayı bunlar yayına girmeden önce günceller ve değişikliği uygulama içinde duyururuz.
2. Cihazınızda kalan veriler
Aşağıdaki veriler yalnızca cihazınızın yerel depolamasında tutulur. Bize, sunucularımıza veya üçüncü taraflara gönderilmez:
- Kendi seçtiğiniz oyuncu görünen adı
- Ses, müzik ve titreşim ayarlarınız
- Maç geçmişiniz, sıralama puanınız, lig ve sezon ilerlemeniz
- Sahip olduğunuz kozmetikler ve günlük ödül durumu
- Yarım kalan maç kaydı ve son çökme kaydının teknik özeti
Bu verilerin tamamı uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda veya Android ayarlarından uygulama verilerini temizlediğinizde silinir.
3. Cihazınızdan çıkan veriler
Cihazınızdan yalnızca iki durumda veri çıkar. İkisi de aşağıda tek tek açıklanmıştır.

4. Çökme ve hata raporları
Uygulama beklenmedik şekilde kapandığında veya bir hata oluştuğunda, sorunu bulup düzeltebilmek için teknik bir rapor oluşturulur ve Sentry hizmetine gönderilir (Functional Software, Inc. — "Sentry"). Sentry bu veriyi bizim adımıza işleyen bir veri işleyendir.
Rapor neleri içerir
- Hatanın türü, mesajı ve yazılım içindeki izi (stack trace)
- Çökmeden hemen önce uygulamada gerçekleşen teknik olayların özeti (en fazla 50 kayıt — örneğin hangi ekranın açıldığı)
- Cihaz modeli ve üreticisi, Android sürümü, ekran ve bellek gibi teknik özellikler
- Uygulama sürümü ve güncelleme kanalı
- Kurulum başına rastgele üretilen bir tanımlayıcı ve oturum bilgisi
- Olayın zaman damgası
Rapor neleri içermez
Uygulamayı, kişisel veri gönderilmeyecek şekilde yapılandırdık:
- Adınız, e-postanız, telefon numaranız veya herhangi bir hesap bilgisi gönderilmez — bu sürümde hesap sistemi yoktur.
- Oyuncu görünen adınız, maç geçmişiniz ve sıralama puanınız gönderilmez.
- Kişisel veri gönderimi (
sendDefaultPii) kapalıdır; kullanıcı, istek ve sunucu bilgileri rapor gönderilmeden önce silinir. - Reklam kimliği (GAID) veya cihazın kalıcı donanım kimliği kullanılmaz; tanımlayıcı her kurulum için rastgele üretilir ve uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda geçersiz hale gelir.
- Performans izleme ve oturum kaydı (session replay) kapalıdır.
Rapor size değil, yazılımın bir satırına işaret eder. Yine de teorik olarak sizinle ilişkilendirilebilecek bir tanımlayıcı içerdiğinden, bunu kişisel veri kabul ediyor ve bu politikada açıklıyoruz.
Nerede saklanır
Verileriniz Sentry'nin Avrupa Birliği (Almanya) veri bölgesinde saklanır, aktarım HTTPS ile şifrelenir ve en fazla 90 gün sonra silinir. Sentry'nin gizlilik politikası: sentry.io/privacy
5. Yazılım güncellemeleri
Uygulama, yayımladığımız düzeltmeleri alabilmek için Expo'nun güncelleme hizmetini (EAS Update, 650 Industries, Inc.) kullanır. Güncelleme kontrolü sırasında kurulum başına rastgele üretilen bir tanımlayıcı ile uygulama sürümü ve platform bilgisi gönderilir. Bu kontrol, doğru güncellemenin doğru cihaza inmesini sağlar; reklam veya analiz amacıyla kullanılmaz. Her internet bağlantısında olduğu gibi, IP adresiniz teknik olarak bağlantının bir parçasıdır. 6. Toplamadığımız veriler
- Ad, soyad, e-posta, telefon numarası, adres veya kimlik bilgisi
- Konum bilgisi (ne kesin ne yaklaşık)
- Rehber, takvim, fotoğraf, video, ses kaydı veya dosyalarınız
- Finansal bilgi, ödeme bilgisi veya sağlık verisi
- Mesaj içeriği — uygulamada sohbet özelliği yoktur
- Reklam kimliği veya reklam/pazarlama amaçlı hiçbir veri
- Kullanım analitiği, ısı haritası, davranış takibi
Uygulamanın mevcut sürümünde reklam, uygulama içi satın alma, hesap oluşturma, oturum açma ve kullanıcılar arası iletişim bulunmaz. Verilerinizi hiçbir koşulda satmıyor, kiralamıyor ve pazarlama amacıyla paylaşmıyoruz.
7. Uygulama izinleri
Uygulama size konum, kamera, mikrofon, rehber veya dosyalarınız için hiçbir çalışma zamanı izni sormaz. Teknik olarak kullandığı izinler şunlardır:
INTERNETveACCESS_NETWORK_STATE— güncelleme kontrolü ve çökme raporu gönderimi için.VIBRATE— oyun içi dokunsal geri bildirim için.
Kullandığımız açık kaynak geliştirme kitaplıkları, uygulama paketine kendiliğinden birkaç eski Android izni daha ekleyebilir. Bu izinler oyun tarafından kullanılmaz ve hiçbir veriye erişmek için çalıştırılmaz; bunları paketten çıkarmak için çalışıyoruz.
8. Yurt dışına aktarım
Çökme raporları Avrupa Birliği içindeki (Almanya) sunucularda işlenir. Güncelleme hizmeti sağlayıcımız Amerika Birleşik Devletleri merkezlidir; bu aktarım, sağlayıcının standart sözleşme hükümleri (SCC) dahil sözleşmesel güvenceleri kapsamında gerçekleşir. Her iki aktarım da HTTPS ile şifrelenir.
9. Saklama süreleri
- Cihazınızdaki oyun verileri: siz silene veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar.
- Çökme raporları: Sentry'de en fazla 90 gün, sonra otomatik silinir.
- Güncelleme kontrolü kayıtları: hizmet sağlayıcının teknik günlük saklama süresi kadar.
- Bize e-posta ile yazdıklarınız: talebinizi sonuçlandırmak için gereken süre boyunca, en fazla 2 yıl.
10. Haklarınız
KVKK m.11 ve GDPR uyarınca; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını öğrenme, yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme, verilerinizin taşınmasını isteme ve zarara uğramanız hâlinde giderim talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.
Bu haklarınızı kullanmak için [email protected] adresine yazabilirsiniz; talebinizi en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırırız.
Önemli bir sınır: sizi tanımlayan bir kullanıcı kaydı tutmuyoruz. Bir çökme raporunu size ait olarak bulabilmemiz için raporun yaklaşık tarihi gibi bilgileri bizimle paylaşmanız gerekir. Cihazınızdaki tüm veriyi ise bizden bağımsız olarak, uygulamayı kaldırarak veya Android ayarlarından uygulama verilerini temizleyerek her zaman silebilirsiniz.
Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na, Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı'nda ise bulunduğunuz ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunma hakkınız saklıdır.
11. Çocukların gizliliği
Uygulama 13 yaş ve üzerindeki kullanıcılara yöneliktir; çocuklara yönelik olarak tasarlanmamıştır. Bilerek 13 yaşından küçük çocuklardan veri toplamayız. Böyle bir veriyi yanlışlıkla işlediğimizi fark edersek sileriz; ebeveyn veya vasi olarak bir endişeniz varsa bize yazın.
12. Güvenlik
Cihazınızdan çıkan tüm veri HTTPS ile şifrelenerek iletilir. Kullanıcı hesabı ve kullanıcı veritabanı tutmadığımız için sızdırılabilecek bir kullanıcı kaydımız yoktur. Hizmet sağlayıcılarımıza erişim iki adımlı doğrulama ile korunur. Yine de hiçbir sistemin %100 güvenli olmadığını hatırlatırız.
13. Politikadaki değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncellersek yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihini ve sürüm numarasını değiştiririz. Önemli bir değişiklik olursa uygulama içinde de duyururuz. Politikanın önceki sürümlerini talep üzerine paylaşırız.

Privacy Policy
In short: you are never asked to create an account, no personal information is collected, no ads are shown, and your game progress never leaves your device. The only thing that reaches us is a technical crash report when the app fails — and it does not tell us who you are.
1. Who we are
NEX//RIVAL ("the app") is developed and published by Quup Studio ("we"). Quup Studio is the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

This policy covers the NEX//RIVAL app and the quup.app website only, and describes the currently published version of the app. If we later add advertising, in-app purchases, accounts or online features between players, we will update this policy before those go live and announce the change inside the app.
2. Data that stays on your device
The following is stored in your device's local storage and is never sent to us or to anyone else:
- The player display name you choose
- Your sound, music and vibration settings
- Your match history, ranking points, league and season progress
- The cosmetics you own and your daily reward state
- An unfinished match record and a technical summary of the last crash
All of it is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear the app's data in Android settings.
3. Data that leaves your device
Data leaves your device in two situations only. Both are described in detail below.

4. Crash and error reports
When the app closes unexpectedly or hits an error, a technical report is created and sent to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) so that we can find and fix the problem. Sentry acts as a data processor on our behalf.
What the report contains
- The error type, message and stack trace
- A summary of the technical events immediately before the crash (up to 50 entries — for example, which screen was opened)
- Device model and manufacturer, Android version, and technical characteristics such as screen and memory
- App version and update channel
- A randomly generated per-installation identifier and session information
- The timestamp of the event
What the report does not contain
We configured the app so that no personal data is sent:
- No name, email, phone number or account data — this version has no account system.
- No player display name, match history or ranking points.
- Personal data collection (
sendDefaultPii) is disabled, and user, request and server fields are stripped before a report is sent. - No advertising identifier (GAID) and no persistent hardware identifier; the identifier is generated randomly per installation and becomes meaningless once you uninstall.
- Performance tracing and session replay are disabled.
A report points at a line of our software, not at you. Because it still contains an identifier that could in theory be linked to you, we treat it as personal data and disclose it here.
Where it is stored
Reports are stored in Sentry's European Union (Germany) data region, transmitted over encrypted HTTPS, and deleted after at most 90 days. Sentry's privacy policy: sentry.io/privacy
5. Software updates
The app uses Expo's update service (EAS Update, 650 Industries, Inc.) to deliver the fixes we publish. During an update check it sends a randomly generated per-installation identifier along with the app version and platform, so that the correct update reaches the correct device. It is not used for advertising or analytics. As with any internet connection, your IP address is inherently part of the request. Expo's privacy policy: expo.dev/privacy
6. Data we never collect
- Name, email address, phone number, postal address or identity data
- Location, whether precise or approximate
- Contacts, calendar, photos, video, audio recordings or your files
- Financial, payment or health data
- Message content — the app has no chat
- Advertising identifiers or any data for advertising and marketing
- Usage analytics, heat maps or behavioural tracking
The current version of the app contains no advertisements, no in-app purchases, no account creation, no sign-in and no communication between users. We never sell, rent or share your data for marketing.
7. App permissions
The app asks for no runtime permission for your location, camera, microphone, contacts or files. The permissions it technically uses are:
INTERNETandACCESS_NETWORK_STATE— for update checks and crash reports.VIBRATE— for in-game haptic feedback.
The open-source development libraries we build on may add a few legacy Android permissions to the package on their own. The game does not use them and never exercises them to access any data; we are working to strip them from the package.
8. International transfers
Crash reports are processed on servers inside the European Union (Germany). Our update provider is based in the United States; that transfer takes place under the provider's contractual safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Both transfers are encrypted over HTTPS.
9. Retention periods
- Game data on your device: until you delete it or uninstall the app.
- Crash reports: at most 90 days at Sentry, then deleted automatically.
- Update check logs: for the provider's technical log retention period.
- Emails you send us: for as long as needed to resolve your request, at most 2 years.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR and KVKK you have the right to know whether your personal data is processed, to obtain information and access, to learn the purpose of processing and the third parties it is transferred to, to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, to request erasure or destruction, to object to processing, to data portability, and to claim compensation for damages.
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days at the latest.
One important limit: we hold no user record that identifies you. For us to locate a crash report as yours, you would need to give us details such as the approximate date of the crash. You can, however, delete everything on your device at any time and without us, by uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android settings.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority in the European Economic Area, or with the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) in Türkiye.
11. Children's privacy
The app is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn that we have processed such data, we delete it. If you are a parent or guardian with a concern, please contact us.
12. Security
All data leaving your device is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS. Because we keep no user accounts and no user database, there is no user record that could be breached. Access to our service providers is protected with two-factor authentication. No system is ever completely secure, however.
13. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we will change the effective date and version above. For a significant change we will also announce it inside the app. Previous versions are available on request.
